If you are arrested for DWI, DUI or OWI anywhere in the United States, many courts and/or Driver's Licensing agencies will require those arrested for DWI to complete a alcohol awareness or education course. At Freedom Chemical Health Services we offer virtual online DWI courses for you to complete to fulfill the requirements of the courts and/or the DMV and allow you to get back on the road after your DUI arrest. If this is your first offense, you may be recommended to a Level I course. This consists of six sessions totaling 12 hours of DUI education. This fulfills many court requirements for first-time offenders.

If you have a history of DUI arrests or other alcohol or drug abuse charges, the courts or your chemical health assessment often require more extensive programs. At Freedom Chemical Health Services, our Level II course is 12 sessions with 24 hours of DUI education. This course analyzes patterns and cycles of alcohol or drug abuse to help prevent relapse and recidivism.
